Toy Box Show at The Look Out

Can you guess which toys are moved by gravity, air, clockwork, electricity or magnets? Join the team at The Look Out Discovery Centre in Nine Mile Ride as they build a giant human circuit that shows how electrical toys work.

It’s called the Toy Box Show and it will make you look at your toys in a new light!

It runs until 9 May and show times are at 11am, 12 noon, 2pm and 3.15pm at weekends and Berkshire school holidays (subject to minimum numbers). There is a small additional charge in addition to the charge for the popular hands-on Science and Nature Exhibitions.

There are over 90 hands-on exhibits which are suitable for all the family, including plenty to do for toddlers. Different ages gain different experiences from their visit. There are challenging puzzles for older children and adults, many children enjoy playing with boats in “The Stream”, taking a picture of their shadow in the Shadow Box, launching the Hot Air Balloon or Hydrogen Rocket and much more!

Plus, there is a great adventure play area, coffee shop and gift shop. The centre is set in 1,000 hectares of woodland and there is free car parking.
